The Mortal Council
Welcome to my page dedicated to the Mortal Council. The Mortal council is a group of mortals who represent the guilds & non-guilded people of the World of Austin, and who serve as a debating forum, passing on the considered opinions of the mortals to the Gods for Implementation. The Mortal Council consists of one representative from each guild (though whether each guild sends a representative is another matter!), and one to represent the un-guilded mortals of the world.
