Skills
Disarm
Warriors, level 1.
Lets you try to hit your opponents weapon so hard that he or she
will drop it. Some opponents will be strong enough to avoid being
disarmed. This skill can only be used at the beginning of a
battle.
Warcry
Warriors, level 1.
Roar loud enough at them, and they might decide you're too
dangerous! Works only on players if both are playerkillers.
Kick
Warriors, level 1.
The success of a kick depends upon how well you are learned. The
higher level you reach the harder you kick. There is one small
catch - whenever you kick (or miss) you will be unable to type
any command for three rounds of combat - so be sure that you do
not need to flee!
Bash
Warriors, level 1.
The success of a bash depends upon how well you are learned. To
bash someone, is to attempt to 'knock' that person over. If you
succeed you will inflict minor damage, and cause the victim to
fall on it's rear. The victim will be unable to issue any
commands for 2 rounds of combat. If you miss you will loose your
balance and fall.
A bash makes you unable to type commands for 2 rounds of
violence. Note that hitting a person who is resting/sitting will
inflict 1.5xdamage.
Rescue
Warriors, level 1.
A rescue is an attempt to make a monster hit you instead of the
person being rescued. You can only 'turn' one monster for each
attempt. This is highly usable when playing in groups.
Bandage
Thieves, Clerics and Warriors, level 1.
With this skill and a bandage (which can be bought at any
well-equipped doctor) you can heal some wounds. Once a person has
been bandaged, he or she cannot be bandaged again until a small
amount of time has passed.
Uppercut
Warriors, level 5.
This will let you attempt to give your opponent a powerful
uppercut for a bit more damage.
Weapon Knowledge
Warriors, level 10.
The weapon knowledge skill allows the warrior to gain some basic
knowledge of the quality of a weapon, ie. the damage done by the
weapon. The skill will not tell the warrior the exact damage
value as the identify spell, but will classify the weapon into
some predefined classes.
The warrior should be aware that the skill might fail and give
wrong information.
> weapon sword
The weapon is of ordinary quality.
Syntax: weapon <weapon>
Armor Knowledge
Warriors, level 10.
The armor knowledge skill allows the warrior to gain some basic
knowledge of the quality of some armor, ie. the protection value
given by the armor. The skill will not tell the warrior the exact
protection value as the identify spell, but will classify the
armor into some predefined classes.
The warrior should be aware that the skill might fail and give
wrong information.
> armor leggings
The armor is of superior quality.
Syntax: armor <armor>
Bearhug

opponents that are of much higher level than yourself.

is started. You will attempt to make up to four attacks per
round!
Berserk
Warriors, level 25.
The berserk skill will enable the warrior to go berserk while
fighting. This will increase the damage done by the warrior, but
will at the same time leave the warrior less alert and therefore
increase the armor class.
If the warrior succeeds in going berserk, he/she will be unable
to do anything else for the next 5 rounds of battle. If the
warrior does not succeed, he/she will be unable to do anything
else for 3 rounds of battle.
Animal Handling
Warriors, level 25
Thieves, level 13
Cleric and Druid, level 30
The skill animal handling gives you some power over animals. You
can type:

old master. It also makes you able to use horses.
Block
Warriors, level 30.
This will, if successful prevent your opponent from hitting in
the next round.
Break
Warriors, level 30.
The break skill allows warriors to force open doors and gates.
Not all doors or gates can be broken. If the warrior fails in
breaking a door or a gate, he/she will suffer some damage due to
throwing the shoulder against the door.
This skill will only allow the warrior to force open exits, such
as doors and gates, but not objects such as coffins and chests.
The warrior will still need a thief with pick locks to do that.

Backstab
Thieves, level 1.
The backstab is a way to sneak up on a person, and attempt to
place your dagger in his back, at exactly the point where it does
most damage. A successful backstab gives a damage multiplier,
depending on level. If your victim is asleep, you will deal more
damage.
The chance of successfully backstabbing a person depends on how
well you have practiced backstab. You can always backstab people
who are sleeping.
Steal
Thieves, level 1.
Use steal to steal gold or items from people. The chance of not
getting caught depends on how well you have practiced steal, and
if the person is asleep.

You got 10 coins.
It is not possible to steal items which are in use, even if the

trying to spy in.
Circle
Thieves only, level 20.
You will try to sneak your way around your opponent, and, if you
are successful, make a backstab.

they are too aware of you. Be aware of, that it will take a
little while before you have sneaked around your opponent.

Palm
Thieves, level 30.
This skill lets you pick up items from the ground without anybody

lost their link.
Stalk
